  • Are there any extra charges for phone calls and emails?

    No. We offer unlimited phone and email support to our clients.

  • Are you able to work with my bookkeeper to prepare the financial statements and tax return for my business?

    Yes. TaxRight will contact your bookkeeper to obtain all of the necessary information to complete your financial statements and tax return.

  • What is your fee policy?

    We do have a strict payment policy. Payment is required upon completion of your return. We are unable to lodge any returns until our account has been paid in full.

  • Does TaxRight operate Australia-wide?

    We offer our services to individuals and small businesses Australia-wide. We also have a call-out service where we can come to your home or office if required. This is currently available in Perth.

  • I need help dealing with the ATO. Are you able to represent me?

    We can represent businesses and individuals to the Australian Taxation Office. We strive to get the best outcome available.
